All orders are processed generally within 2-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. All our products are handmade to order. Current processing time can be found in the top announcement bar or via our chat box. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During sale events processing time may be longer as every item is made to order. We will be in touch with estimated shipping time if delays occur.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipping via Australia post: 3-8 business days and express post: 1-3 business days.
We offer a free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $120
International Shipping
We offer International shipping with Australia post. Currently we ship to these Zones:
Zone 1 New Zealand (estimated delivery time 6 days) from $15.00AUD
Zone 2 United States and Canada (estimated delivery time 10 days) from $21AUD
Zone 3 UK, Ireland, Europe (esimated delivery time 10 days) from $26.40AUD
Final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. Shipping times are only estimates and these can change at any time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ruffly dog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rufflydog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
