Refund policy

We are happy to accept exchanges due to sizing provided that the product has not been worn (tried on indoors is OK), no scuffs, no marks and in brand new re-sellable condition. Please email within 30 days of receiving the product. We always recommend measuring your pup before placing your order to ensure a proper fit. Ruffly Dog Return & Exchange Policy

At Ruffly Dog, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. We’re happy to accept returns on items in brand-new condition within 30 days of purchase.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Unfortunately, customized products (e.g., name plates or personalized collars) cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
  • Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged at the discretion by Ruffly Dog.

How to Return

  1. Ensure the item meets the criteria above. We cannot process returns for worn or soiled items.
  2. Email us at info@rufflydog.com to get your return/ exchange process started. 
  3. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the return.
  4. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as Ruffly Dog is not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item. Refunds for your return and charges for your new order will be handled as separate transactions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept refunds or returns on any items damaged by your dog or your dogs teeth. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on custom orders. This includes all name plate orders and made to measurement harnesses.  Please contact us at info@rufflydog.com to discuss options.

Please note whilst all our hardware is safe to use in saltwater, no material is 100% rust proof. Make sure to always rinse your gear after a swim, our warranty does NOT cover broken hardware due to rusting.
